A Credit Card is taken to secure all reservations. On arrival guests will be asked for a pre-authorisation of a credit card under their name to the value of $200. In the case that a credit card is not obtained a $500 bond is taken which is refundable on check out subject to apartment inspection.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be made no less then 48 hours prior to arrival or a charge of one (1) nights accommodation will be incurred onto the Guest’s credit card. Different cancellation policies will apply over peak events

A failure to arrive by 10:00am on the morning following the Guest’s scheduled arrival date will incur a fee equivalent to one (1) nights accommodation.
