The Melbourne Cup Carnival is comprised of four unique race days:

Saturday 30th October – AAMI Victoria Derby Day
Tuesday 2nd November – Emirates Melbourne Cup Day
Thursday 4th November – Crown Oaks Day
Saturday 6th November – Emirates Stakes Day
